Abstract

In cases of pain syndrome occurring in the remote postoperative period in the patients after cholecystectomy physicians diagnose diversified diseases such as: dysfunction of Oddi's sphincter, chronic pancreatitis in an exacerbation phase, choledocholithiasis, peptic ulcer duodenum in an exacerbation phase, erosive gastroduodenitis, gastroezofagial reflux illness, and also their combination. Application of amplipulsetherapy for patients after cholecystectomy decreases the dysfunction of Oddi's sphincter.
